If this is your FIRST-TIME VISIT/APPOINTMENT, you MUST book ‘INITIAL VISIT LASER’. If this is your first-time visit/appointment and you book an appointment other than ‘Initial Visit Laser’, your appointment will be cancelled regardless of your getting a confirmation email.

Please read the followings carefully before booking.

 

  1. Each client must use her/his OWN email address/mobile phone number/name to avoid being cancelled.
  2. Booking/rescheduling/cancellation process cannot be completed without a confirmation email. If you don’t get a confirmation email after booking/rescheduling/cancellation, that means your booking/rescheduling/cancellation process has not been completed.
  3. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please send a TEXT MESSAGE ONLY to 778-870-SKIN(7546). Requests for rescheduling/cancellation CANNOT be processed through ways (emails, voice mails etc.) OTHER THAN text messages. Such cases will become no-shows.
  4. Only if you want any treatments on our service list mentioning ‘numbing cream’ on this online booking page or ‘our services’ at KoreanLaser.ca, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time for numbing cream. The services which need numbing cream CANNOT be booked for the following time:
    – Weekdays 9:40 am – 10:09 am, 1:40 pm – 2:09 pm
    – Saturdays 9:00 am – 9:29 am
    It is because we open at 9:40 am on weekdays (9:00 am on Saturdays) and our lunch break involved.
  5. GST not included in the listed prices.
  6. By contacting us by phone/texting etc., making an appointment with us or getting a laser treatment at our clinic, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Clinic Policy. We would like to ask you to respect our Clinic Policy for us to respect you as our clients.
